I have lived in the UAE for ten years and spent most of them on exactly this work: first inside a company setup agency, then running operations at a law firm, where I saw what it costs when a structure is chosen carelessly. I went through the whole process myself first, so I know how it looks from your side as well.
Ellery is small on purpose. You will not be passed between people, and when you call, I will already know where your file stands. Scope and cost are agreed in writing before anything begins.
